Not an agency. Not a vendor. One engineer with 7+ years in the weeds, taking 3 to 4 clients at a time.
I didn't start with an agency playbook or a consulting deck. I started by running cold email campaigns myself, managing lists on millions of records, testing subject lines, monitoring deliverability, chasing opens and replies.
Seven years and 100+ clients later, I've built more or less every flavor of outbound machine, across US, UK, Australia, and DACH. I worked behind the scenes with GTM influencers you probably follow, and sat in on calls where founders were drowning in manual work.
Somewhere around year three I stopped wanting to ship one-off lists. Lists die. Systems compound. So I went deep on Clay, n8n, signal detection, and the boring parts of deliverability, the stuff that actually keeps email landing in the primary inbox after Google's late-2025 overhaul.
I'm not a vendor selling you a platform or a consultant selling you a deck. I'm an operator who builds and runs these systems. That's the only reason you should work with me.
